Andrew J. Campanelli

Since beginning his legal career as a litigator in 1992, Mr. Campanelli has handled over 3,000 civil cases, and he has litigated over 1,000 cases to conclusion.   His practice is now concentrated, almost exclusively, upon: (1) the prosecution of qui tam actions under Federal, State and City False Claims Acts, (2) Civil Rights matters including, but not limited to, representing citizens and/or civic associations opposing the installation of cell towers and cell antennas, both in zoning proceedings and/or within litigation under 42 U.S.C. §1983, and (3) defending local governments within litigation by wireless carriers in connection with the denial of cell tower applications and/or regulations affecting same.

In handling such cases nationwide, Mr. Campanelli secures Court admissions Pro Hac Vice, in addition to his general admissions in Federal and State Courts.
